Blood on the Bike Trail

Beautiful day, out for a bike ride and Natalia got into a bike accident with an older lady. Basically, I went right, Natalia went left, and the lady was supposed to drive through the middle.. but she didn't. She drove right into Natalia, then proceeded to fall. She fell flat and if it wasn't for momentum, nothin' would have happened. But, she hit her head 'hard' against the concrete. Blood.. blood was just gushing out of the back of her head and dripping down her back and neck.
We stayed with her. There were worker guys who called an ambulance. Aside from the gushing, which stopped after only about 7-10min or so, she was fine. Coherent, ready to get back on her bike and keep goin'. >_<>
It took the ambulance like 20min to get there. Ppl could DIE waitin' fer those guys.. seriously.. at least she won't have to wait another 40-70min at the hospital...

On with the bike ride.
It's suuuuuuuuuuuuuch a beautiful day today. All sun and nice.

There's a holiday comin' up. Loooooooooong weekend, starin' Wed. afternoon. A very popular week to take vacation. But because Sandra will only have 5 days off (she's a little werker-bee), we can't really go on extended holiday. poops.
So what can I expect? Well.. the gerls are goin' to the gym. To werk out. **groan** **hides under the table with a bowl of cereal**
