So, it seems my original flight was canceled on me. Despair not, I got a new ticket.

I bought my ticket through CheapOAir.com, and they called me today to inform me that Air India (first flight) changed schedules and that no alternate flight could be found. O__o right. I literally checked in with the airlines on Monday to confirm my seats.............. and I had REAAAAAAAAAAALLY goooooooooooooood seats!!!!!! **cries**
gah .. tomorrow I call to get seats....... leg room, I pray for LEG rooooom.

moving .... far away

So begins a new chapter in my simple life.

Previous chapters: (a little self therapy, bare with me)
2005 - University. I got accepted to University of Hawaii. I wanted to delve into the Japanese language and culture, something I was (and still am) passionate about. It was a great semester, even if it was only one semester.
2006 - lol ~ the bill. dumdum duuuuuuum* Right. I worked the whole year to pay off my debt. The experience taught me two things a) debt sucks, b) working in an office 40+ hours for 11 months, sucks. But.. buuuuuuuuut, there's a price for experience. I went away, I'm not rich, I paid off my debt, and craved something more. The Craaaaaaaving ... ^_^
2007 - In Limbo. Where do I go? What do I do? What am I good at? What can I make of my life??? What oh what?? Confusing questions.. almost settled.. almost went for the housewife angle............ eep. Settling is bad when yer only 25. I'll give myself until 45 thankyouverymuch.
Fall of 2007 - ah! Went back to take a few classes at College - Digital Photography and Drawing. ............... and here I was, my whole life avoiding art anything because I'd convinced myself I wasn't good enough.. GAH! Why DO that to yourself! dumb dumb girl... welp.. donk. Turns out, what I originally wanted to pursue waaaaaaaaaaaaay back in High School is something in fact I feel a great connection with. Simply, artistic expression beats a 'stable' 'routine' 'secure' position any day of the week.

Photography ~ what a surprise. What a pleasant surprise. And an addition surprise, I'm not even leaning towards the artsy fartsy stuff. Oh, don't get me wrong, I LOVE artsy fartsy, but I'm thinkin' career. Yup, no one was more surprised than me. Lol.
We'll see.. I got a few years to change my perceptions.

For now, now I'm packing. Lordy lordy.. packing packing.. guh..
Boxes, clothes, books, nicknack's everywhere.. my mom's going to have a mild heart attack when she comes home Friday..
